Applications are now open for the Fall 2024 semester of the RARE Compassion Program! This year, we have joined forces with the Ross University School of Medicine and their dedicated medical students. We invite individuals and families impacted by rare diseases to take part in this year's program.
The RARE Compassion Program provides a one-of-a-kind experience for medical students to learn firsthand the specific challenges faced by individuals and families living with undiagnosed or rare diseases. By taking part in this year's program, you will be advocating for the rare community and educating future healthcare professionals. Individuals and their families will be paired with medical students from Ross University, who will have a unique opportunity to explore rare disease care and treatment in countries beyond their home base in Barbados.
As we collaborate with Ross University medical students, we are specifically seeking only individuals and families affected by rare diseases to join us this year. Please share with your community and others who may be interested in applying.
